Archmed provides comprehensive service solutions to our global customers timely and efficiently, including technical support, spare parts support, training, warranty extension, and on demand service.
Technical Support
Archmed service team provides technical support regarding application and breakdown calls to customers and distributors via phone, mail, orally, or by any online ways during the entire life cycle of instruments sold by Archmed.
Spare Parts Support
Archmed and its factories have enough spare parts inventory for all products for at least 5 years after installations.
Training
Archmed provide multi-means training to all customer if needed.
Customer can visit Archmed site to learn comprehensive skills on application/maintenance/repair.
Also Archmed provide video or technical tips/documents to user to handle all necessary basic skills on application/maintenance/repair
Warranty Period and Extension
All Products Supplied by Archmed has a Warranty period of 12months at least after delivery (except some special spare parts & consumables, which would be declared by Archmed before-sales). Some Products Enjoy longer warranty period than 12months specified by Archmed.
Based on regular warranty period, Archmed offers a paid warranty extension program to distributors to help control service costs and share risk of investment.
Warranty Obligation
- Archmed’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replace any main units or parts free from all defects or deficiency in design,material,workmanship.
- For Distribute,free maintenance is limited to replace parts free charge.
- For Direct sale,free maintenance mean that replace parts free or repair parts returned from customer free or free-site repair .
- The warranty period of replace parts under warranty lasts only to the warranty period of original main unit. The warranty period of replace accessories under warranty lasts only to the warranty period of original accessories.
Warranty Exemptions
Archmed’s obligation or liability under this warranty does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct,indirect or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use or application of the product or the use of parts or accessories not approved by Archmed or repairs by people other than Archmed authorized personnel.
- If unit documents have been altered in any way or made illegible;
- If the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible;
- If repairs or product modifications and alterations have been performed by unauthorized and unqualified persons;
- If unauthorized repairs and/or modifications have been performed;
- To damage caused by misuse or neglect, incorrect installation or accidental damage including but not limited to lighting, water or fire;
- To use of unoriginal spare parts and accessories.
On Demand Service
Archmed and its factories provide an on demand service to customers and distributors by agreement.
Return Policy
All Return must be agreed by Archmed, otherwise it is not accepted.
The returning thing must be well packed before returning. If a whole machine is returned, it must be packed in the original package.
The serial number must be marked on the outside of the parcel, and brief description for returning reason must be sent together with returning thing.
Freight Policy
1). Within Warranty:
The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Perlong for service (this includes custom charges). Perlong is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Perlong to the customer.
2). After Warranty:
The customer is responsible for freight, insurance and any other charges for returned product.
